The Richmond Suite offers the ideal setting for dry hire events, including multi-cultural weddings, pre-wedding receptions, engagement parties, birthdays, Mehndi celebrations, and Eid gatherings.
Styled in soft gold tones, this versatile space provides a blank canvas for your unique vision and can host up to 320 guests. Outside caterers have full access to our banqueting kitchen, with the option to hire kitchen porters and waiting staff. Complimentary corkage on soft drinks is included in our package.
Our dedicated events team is here to support every detail, including supplier coordination, with additional expertise from our nominated catering partner, the award-winning Apna Khana.

In regards to the day itself it couldn't have gone any smoother. All the staff made every effort to help and the standard of the food was excellent everyone who attended was very happy with the meals provided and the staff behind the bar were excellent.
On the big day, everything ran like clockwork thanks to Jade and Tracey along with all the other staff involved, the food at both the wedding breakfast and evening buffet was delicious and hot and we had great feedback about it from our guests. We were so pleased we chose Holiday Inn Scotch Corner to hold our special day, as thanks to them it was perfect!
